Chris: The Weekend Waiter.

This is a blog
by Chris
a waiter
who works about 60 hours a week
as a waiter
and writes about a dozen hours a week
about waiting.

The blog’s title,
“Weekend Waiter,”
is a Misnomer
because Chris works seven days a week
as a Waiter, a Server, a Lead Server, a Trainer, a Mentor, an Entertainer, and a Redeemer.

I work in Newport Beach and Orange in Southern California at upscale and fine dining restaurants.  I like to write about the people I encounter and the situations that involve them.  I like to entertain.  Everything I write is to entertain (and inform) you about that little microcosm we call “the Restaurant.”
